STOP! LOOK and LISTEN

Lifestyle diseases are diseases that appear to become even more widespread as countries become more industrialized. Lifestyle diseases are different from other diseases because they are potentially preventable, and can be lowered with changes in diet, lifestyle, and environment, and to get rid of these diseases we need to start with ourselves.

People during the old times can live up to a hundred years old, but now people are lucky if they can live up to the age of 70 due to our unhealthy way of living. There are many ways to prevent lifestyle diseases have a healthy living proper nutrition plays a major role in the prevention, control and management of lifestyle diseases, we need to know the nutritious food to eat and only that we need to visit our doctors at least twice a year, exercise daily, eat a balance diet and most of all observe proper hygiene. This are only simple ways, but if done properly and continuously this simple ways can be a great help to prevent people from dying due to lifestyle diseases. And we already started a healthy living we should share this knowledge to other people, we should be an eye opener to others and let them know what's happening on their health and that they can still do something about it.

So we need to STOP for awhile and LOOK at what's happening on our health LISTEN to the advices of our love ones. Be an ADVOCATE of healthy living!..
